ECB CA Conference – Last Chance to Book
|

This conference is primarily for ECBCA members, including those who have qualified recently and those considering getting into coaching in the near future.
This year’s conference will be held at Cleve’s School in Weybridge on Sun 29th Sept. Mark Lane will headline the day, having coached at every level of the game from 5 year olds in a primary school to international success with the England Women’s team.

There are 35 Pre and Post Christmas Courses being run at 5 venues across the County.
|
|
|
Each age group will learn and progress cricket specific skills, developing technique and tactical awareness through skills drills, games-play and nets (nets for U11-U16s).
This week you can view the course details and book through our new online system .

The ECB have been in the process of changing the Coach Pathway, of which full details can be found online, along with the following new courses. We will run more courses as the winter progresses, when these are known they will go online as well as the “Cricket in Surrey Update” e-mail.

Umpires and Scorers Courses 2014
|
|
|
The Surrey Cricket Board Association of Cricket Officials have released details of courses, both informal and formal, for Umpires and Scorers courses in 2014.
There are also short courses available for clubs wishing to improve and extend scoring within their club. This is not a qualification course but attendees receive a certificate of attendance as well as the ability to score with confidence!

The 2014 Kia Oval Ballot is now open for England’s final Investec Test Match against India.
|
As ever, Members of Surrey CCC get the first priority on buying tickets, but a limited number of tickets have been made available to non-Members via a public ballot.
Join us at the Kia Oval to see if England can continue their winning streak over Dhoni’s young guns after clinching Test wins both home and away.
