Fullers League Dinner on Friday, 7th November

The 23rd FBSCL Annual Presentation Dinner will take place at Sandown Parkon Friday 7th November 2014 (7.00pm to 1am). The guest speaker is Paul Nixon, formerly of England, Leicestershire and Kent. Long Ditton needs to confirm who is going by 18th October.  To confirm details, please email Frances Rogers, Club Secretary – [email protected] Please remember that if you say you are going then don’t, we still have to pay for your place! MENU

Starter
Carrot and Coriander Soup with roasted cumin and crème fraiche

Main
Braised featherblade steak with shallot and tarragon jus, smoked garlic mash, miniature Yorkshire pudding and honey roast vegetables

Vegetarian option
Butternut squash and pimento pepper bon bons served with a hollandaise sauce, confit peppers and herb oil

+ Extra bowl of roasted potatoes per table and jug of gravy

Dessert
Sticky toffee pudding with butterscotch sauce
